The phone started acting up, restart, not turning off and randomly turning from the second we got it. We thought it was simple bugs that would go away but now the phone is in a restart boot and is unusable.

Phone constantly drops calls, and battery life is about 2 hours of NON-USE

Horrible seller. They sell faulty items and then you have to harass them for weeks and only after a paypal dispute will you get refunded. Stay away at all costs!!

Overall positive working with the seller, shipping was very quick. I ended up returning the device however because I decided the iPhone 12 mini would be too small. They were a little slow with communication regarding the return process and refund but overall were easy to work with. I would likely purchase from them again in the future!

The seller promised a 10% partial refund for this but never issued it. Later, I discovered the watch was not cellular as advertised—a major misrepresentation. The seller ignored messages, only responding after Swappa staff got involved. When I filed a PayPal dispute, they demanded I close the case before refunding, which is a red flag. This seller is dishonest and avoids accountability—buyers beware. Do not trust their listings.
