Extremely Disappointing Experience – Proceed with Caution

I had a deeply frustrating experience with this seller. Their service guarantees are misleading as they did not honor them and took their time shipping the order, even after I requested a cancellation.

To make matters worse, they held my refund far longer than the timeframe they personally stated in direct messages. The only reason I ultimately received my money back was because I filed a complaint with PayPal.

Equally disappointing was Swappa’s response. They were essentially hands-off during the entire process and offered no meaningful intervention beyond repeatedly asking the seller to “please respond,” which accomplished nothing.

Overall, this was an incredibly poor experience from start to finish, and I cannot recommend doing business with this seller.

Best phone I’ve received yet! Came with a cord and screen protector. As described and better condition than I expect! You can tell this merchant takes great care in what they do.
