Got a phone that didn't turn on. Eventually got a refund back, but it was a bit painstaking. took a lot of advocating.

I paid for a phone in mint condition and the microphone was broken. It cost $80 to fix. I was compensated with 10%-$25. Very disappointed

no issues or hiccups on my end , came pretty quickly too ! :D

Phone is in perfect shape even though it was listed as fine shape. Even had a screen protector installed even though not advertised. Couldn't be happier.

Sent wrong phone, ordered red phone received dark blue.

The phone came when it was expected, more importantly it looked and worked as advertised.

This was my 6th purchase through Swappa and the first I purchased from a company instead of an individual. Purchased black phone yet received red phone. Listing stated would be shipped Tuesday (purchased on weekend) but didn't ship until Wednesday (which meant I would not receive before husband left town). Arrived to be set up by visually impaired (took a day & a half to figure that out & revert to "normal". MINT condition arrived with significantly degraded battery health (77%); but external appearance is MINT.

The iPad was listed in mint condition, but it was not mint. There is a dent/scratch on the back (photo uploaded), and the screen had a number of small hairline scratches which can easily be felt with running a fingernail over it.

The iPad was fair condition at best, and certainly not mint.

With that said, the iPad functions well and there are no other issues, but the condition of "mint" was not accurate.
