Buyer Beware. This seller advertises '30-day returns on items if you decide to change your mind.' Stated return policy was not honored. Instead, seller cited general Swappa return policy, 'Sale is final as per Swappa policy & guidance'
Found miles away at wrong address
The seller sent the wrong phone. I purchased a mint condition phone and a "fair" condition was sent instead. Seller blamed it on shipping, even though the phone was well packaged in bubble wrap.
I requested a new phone, so thay process took an extra week. Throughout the week, the seller had poor communication and I didn't hear from them for over a day.
Overall, I'm sure a mistake was made, but they did not own up to it and did not do their best to correct the mistake and ease the situation.
Not mint condition, more so fair. There are abrasion markings along the side, heavily noticeable. Screen has no scratches, back is prestine and camera in back has no scratches.
Did not recieve the correct item as advertised and seller was not willing to properly compensate.
Not happy with tje phone or only works when it wants to. I dont get any reception when I am supposed to get reception . When I walk Into a building all I can do is use tje phone for emergency calls... It sucks the phone doesn't work
Second purchase from this seller that did not come with included accessories as advertised. Twice in a row shows a consistent pattern as opposed to an oversight. Phone was listed in mint condition, but did not even meet fair criteria due to dented and rashed case, frame, and camera bezels, despite arriving in pristine packaging. It also had an unadvertised aftermarket screen protector that caused the fingerprint reader to be inoperable. While seller was easy to contact and gave a refund., a lot of time and energy was wasted because phone was not actually inspected before being listing as mint and shipped as such.
Took almost 2 weeks to get, screen has a good gouge top left of screen like someone took a rough file to it, also the whole screen had lite scuffs on it everywhere, i was able to buff most of them off. Not mint condition, but not waiting 2 or more weeks to replace it. I do love Swappa Support though.

Phone was listed in mint condition but has gouges and scratches. Also the battery says 100% but drains quickly. Alert on phone says the screen is not genuine. We will be returning it
Received the item within 2 days of placing the order. Battery health is less than 80% which was NOT disclosed to me at the time of sale.

Shipping Policies
We ship order same day as long as order is placed before 9AM PST, otherwise it will ship next day. If order is placed Friday after 9AM PST, order will not ship until Monday.
Return & Refund Policies
We offer 30 day returns on items if you decide to change your mind. Return shipping costs are at buyer's expense unless item is defective (in this case we will provide a prepaid return label).
Any damage to the device must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item. Warranty covers functional defects only, and does not cover accidental damage, cracks, or normal wear and tear such as burn-in and scratches. *PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept returned devices that have been repaired, altered, or damaged in any way once the item has been delivered. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee or will be returned to the buyer at our sole discretion. If you would like to return your device, please send us a message so we may provide return details and answer any of your questions or concerns.
Prior to returning your device, all Apple, Google, and Samsung accounts must be removed from the device. If a device is received with an account, we are unable to process a refund. Devices must be returned in the original condition as purchased. We track all IMEI and Serial Numbers per each order, and any devices returned with mismatched serial may cause a denial in your return.
We recommend packing the device very securely with bubble wrap and a sturdy box, as a returned damage device will result in denial of your return.
