The only downside is the phone was listed and said it would come with the head phone adapter (for the iPhone 7), but that was never sent with it. Otherwise it was a good purchase!

Shipping Policies

1. Items are shipping within 2 days or purchase per Swappa guidelines
2. Most Items are shipped same day if purchased before 12pm PST.
3. Items purchased Thursday or Friday are subject to ship the following Monday. Please contact us if purchasing Thursday or Friday to see if Item will ship before weekend.

1. We want you to get your item as fast as possible. This is why we offer shipping within 24 hours of purchase. Most items purchased are shipped same day if purchased before 12pm PST. On the rare occasion, items may be delayed one day but will always ship within 2 days per Swappa's guidelines. If item is purchased late Thursday or Friday, this item may subject to be shipping on the following Monday. Contact us if you have any doubts and we can let you know if the item will ship before the weekend. Thank you for your understanding. You are appreciated!

Return & Refund Policies

Warranty/Returns:
1. Each device comes with 60 day warranty from date of received against any kind of manufactures defect.
2. This warranty does not cover any kind of physical damage such as cracks or liquid damage.
3. We do not accept returns for any reason other than if the item has issues upon arrival. Especially buyers remorse. We pay return shipping for items with issues. Please contact is through Swappa comments. If buyer claims issue with the device to circumvent no returns and item is found to have no issue, you will be reported to Swappa and Paypal. A restocking fee of up to 50% will apply based on current market value of device. Please do not cheat us as we are not cheating you.
4. Change of address after purchase is not allowed. If you want change of address after purchase, you will need a refund first minus PayPal fee. Paypal charges a processing fee and PayPal does not refund this fee in any case no matter what. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT THE FIRST TIEM TO AVOID PAYPAL'S 2.7% FEES. :)
