The phone arrived and seems working for now. Accessories (earplugs, cable, brick) included as part of the sale but they are knock off products that can be purchased cheaply from other sources. Please make sure to ask whether the accessories (if included) are original BEFORE you buy from the Iphone Guy. He does not specify the condition of these items on his sale ad.

1. All items are shipped within 2 business days of purchase in accordance with Swappa’s shipping guidelines.
2. Orders placed on Thursday or Friday may ship the following Monday, depending on carrier pickup times. If you’re purchasing late in the week, please feel free to message us to confirm whether your item can ship before the weekend.
3. All devices are shipped in accordance with lithium-battery shipping regulations.
Our Shipping Promise
We want you to receive your item as quickly and safely as possible. Most orders go out the same day when placed before noon, and all orders ship within 2 business days at the latest, following Swappa’s policies.
If your order is placed late Thursday or Friday, it may ship on Monday due to carrier schedules. If you have any questions or need faster shipping, contact us anytime — we’re happy to help.

Return & Refund Policies
Warranty / Returns
1. Each device includes a 60-day warranty from the date of delivery, covering hardware or manufacturer defects that occur under normal use.
• Warranty coverage applies only to the device hardware itself.
• It does not cover accessories, cables, chargers, or consumable parts such as batteries that naturally degrade over time.
• Warranty claims may be resolved through repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
2. This warranty does not cover any form of physical damage, including but not limited to cracks, dents, impact damage, or liquid exposure, as well as any unauthorized repairs, tampering, or modifications.
3. Return Policy
• Returns are accepted only if the item arrives defective or not as described.
• Buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or preference-based returns are not accepted.
• If the item arrives with an issue, please contact us through Swappa comments or messages within 5 days of delivery so we can assist and, if needed, provide a prepaid return label.
• If a return is initiated claiming an issue that is later found to be non-existent or user-caused, a restocking fee of up to 50 % may apply based on the current market value of the device, and the case may be reported to Swappa and PayPal.
• All returned items are verified by IMEI/serial number and inspected to ensure they are in the same condition as shipped. Returns showing new damage, software lockout, or device swaps will be declined.
• If the device was sold with accessories (such as a box, cable, or charger), all included accessories must be returned in their original condition. Missing accessories will result in a replacement fee or deduction from the refund amount.
• Partial returns (for example, accessories only or empty packaging) are not accepted and will be refused or returned to the buyer.
4. Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a claim, contact us through Swappa comments or direct message with:
• A detailed description of the issue
• Photos or a short video (if applicable)
We’ll walk you through troubleshooting and determine if a return or repair is needed.
5. Condition Expectations
All items are graded according to Swappa’s condition guidelines. Please review photos and listing details carefully before purchase — minor wear consistent with the stated condition should be expected.
6. Software / Activation Disclaimer
Buyers are responsible for completing device setup, activation, and carrier compatibility checks. The warranty does not cover issues related to iCloud, Google, MDM, or carrier account locks, nor problems caused by third-party apps or software updates after sale.
7. Address Policy
Address changes after purchase are not permitted.
If a refund is issued to correct an address, the PayPal processing fee (? 2.7 %) will be deducted, as PayPal does not return these fees.

8. Warranty Period / Final Sale
After the 60-day warranty period, all sales are considered final, and no additional warranty or support coverage applies.
