Unfortunately this phone came with issues. It has the speakerphone glitch where it shuts off and on while on calls and freezes a lot. Sadly this was a Xmas gift for a loved one and and we were too late to realize the issue in the allotted timeframe to return it. This phone was listed as good in complete working condition. It’s going to cost basically the cost of the phone to try and have this repaired. Will not buy from this seller again and confidential in Swappa has been diminished.

I purchased a phone from the iPhone Guy. He rated it an A and mentioned no flaws. When I turned it on at home it was obvious that it had screen burn. When contacted he admitted it had it and said it was my fault, even though he did not mention this issue at all. He begrudgingly took the phone back and then REFUSED to refund me. I had to open up a PayPal claim then dispute. He had his defective phone and my money in his possession for a month before PayPal did the right thing and refunded me. If you're buying a used phone, you probably are in the position that losing $300 for a month matters. Stay away from this seller at all costs

NOT B+ CONDITION. the screen has dozens of micro scratches and quite a few large scratches. also a ding on the body. pictures seem photoshopped or were taken before someone else scatched it up. 2 stars for fast response and shipping.

Buyers beware! I purchased an Iphone 6 from this Seller and the front top right corner was cracked. The Seller did nothing but deny that the phone was cracked before it was shipped and put the blame on me. The Seller advertised that the phone was in "very good" condition and the posted pictures did not match the phone I received. The Seller did not offer me a refund and was very rude.

The phone is in good condition other than the battery. It's obvious the phone is old because the battery dies so so fast. My life of bringing my charger everywhere is not over yet.

Not sure if I would recommend this seller.

Poor communication,. I sent 2 messages and did not receive a response. Even used the sellers website to send the message, still no response. Shipping method wasn't the best choice, took very long to get here. Also about 10 minutes after I purchased the phone I wanted to see if I could cancel and get a phone with more memory, no response.

Phone was sent late, then did not work. Had battery replaced and then phone died shortly after. Unable to be repaired by Apple or any other phone repair establishment.

Have never had such a poor experience. This purchase and overall experience with trying to make the device function is single handedly making me reconsider whether or not I should buy a used phone again.

The money I'm out plus the worthless warranty I could have bought brand new. Lesson learned.

-1: seller and Swappa initially refused to pay return shipping, but after more than a dozen messages the sweller finally agreed – for this only a minus one rather than minus two.
-1: it took 9 full days, after the returned phone was delivered, to receive my refund.

The phone does not ring or have a speaker. at all.
it did however arrive very quickly, but without the charger that it was advertised with.

The headphones and USB cord that were included were trash. The phone was good tho.

EDIT: Okay, after having it for a few months, many things were bad. The battery bloated and pushed the screen out, forcing me to buy $40 replacement so the entire phone didn't explode in my pocket. (https://imgur.com/FQH51NM) Then, once I did replace it, two weeks later, the phone just died. It won't turn on now. I didn't drop it or anything, it just died. I dont know what happened but this phone was trash.
