Unfortunately this phone came with issues. It has the speakerphone glitch where it shuts off and on while on calls and freezes a lot. Sadly this was a Xmas gift for a loved one and and we were too late to realize the issue in the allotted timeframe to return it. This phone was listed as good in complete working condition. It’s going to cost basically the cost of the phone to try and have this repaired. Will not buy from this seller again and confidential in Swappa has been diminished.
The well photographed iPhone was received in a timely matter and exactly as advertised.
I had a problem with the phone when it arrived. Contacted seller and returned it. He paid for return shipping and refunded me my purchase price with no problem.
Got an off brand charger and incorrect cable, but the ipad worked perfectly so it's fine.

If item is purchased late Thursday or Friday, this item may subject to be shipping on the following Monday. Return & Refund Policies
Warranty/Returns:
1. Each device comes with 60 day warranty from date of received against any kind of manufactures defect.
2. This warranty does not cover any kind of physical damage such as cracks or liquid damage.
3. We do not accept returns for any reason other than if the item has issues upon arrival. Especially buyers remorse. We pay return shipping for items with issues. Please contact is through Swappa comments. If buyer claims issue with the device to circumvent no returns and item is found to have no issue, you will be reported to Swappa and Paypal. A restocking fee of up to 50% will apply based on current market value of device. Please do not cheat us as we are not cheating you.
4. Change of address after purchase is not allowed. If you want change of address after purchase, you will need a refund first minus PayPal fee. Paypal charges a processing fee and PayPal does not refund this fee in any case no matter what. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT THE FIRST TIEM TO AVOID PAYPAL'S 2.7% FEES. :)
