Condition of phone was exactly as described. Seller posted as “near mint”, which I feared was a little over-positive, but that’s really how the phone came.
Received a "mint" phone that had an issue with the home button and a small cosmetic issue. Seller told me to return the phone and provide tracking. Seller refused to refund return shipping stating the following:
"We can only provide shipping label to have you return the item to us. Once shipping has been made without letting us know first, we are unable to provide this. Once you pay for you own shipping, without letting us know you want us to pay, then we cannot assist with this. You must let us know before the fact, not after. That is extortion."
No shipping label was provided or offered.
Received device promptly. Appears to be as advertised . Very satisfied with the experience . Would recommend.

The phone arrived and seems working for now. Accessories (earplugs, cable, brick) included as part of the sale but they are knock off products that can be purchased cheaply from other sources. Please make sure to ask whether the accessories (if included) are original BEFORE you buy from the Iphone Guy. He does not specify the condition of these items on his sale ad.

On the rare occasion, items may be delayed one day but will always ship within 2 days per Swappa's guidelines. If item is purchased late Thursday or Friday, this item may subject to be shipping on the following Monday. Return & Refund Policies
Warranty/Returns:
1. Each device comes with 60 day warranty from date of received against any kind of manufactures defect.
2. This warranty does not cover any kind of physical damage such as cracks or liquid damage.
3. We do not accept returns for any reason other than if the item has issues upon arrival. Especially buyers remorse. We pay return shipping for items with issues. Please contact is through Swappa comments. If buyer claims issue with the device to circumvent no returns and item is found to have no issue, you will be reported to Swappa and Paypal. A restocking fee of up to 50% will apply based on current market value of device. Please do not cheat us as we are not cheating you.
4. Change of address after purchase is not allowed. If you want change of address after purchase, you will need a refund first minus PayPal fee. Paypal charges a processing fee and PayPal does not refund this fee in any case no matter what. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT THE FIRST TIEM TO AVOID PAYPAL'S 2.7% FEES. :)
