I was extremely disappointed when I learned my package that I had been tracking was delivered to Rhode Island (I'm in CO). Seller provided the wrong tracking address within Swappa timeline. Whew. Package arrived as expected and contents (iPhone 6S) was as described.

didn't say in listing that phone was refurbished. at just about 30 days, android update rendered phone useless as it won't come back to light after it goes dark. to make it light again, i have to remove battery and restart multiple times. was told by samsung rep at ubreakifix that this happens because it is refurbished.

All orders ship within 2 business days.
We ship through USPS First Class Mail (4-5 days), however if you do require it faster, please let us know, as Priority Mail services are available for an additional fee. Changes to shipping information that would void seller protection will need to follow Swappa Address Change Policy.

Return & Refund Policies

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you have received a product that is not in the condition or functionality as described, please send us a message within 30 days, so that we can solve the issue.
