Item arrived in better condition than expected. No problems, Item came faster than expected. You do not notice scratches at all when device is turned on, screen protector will make you forget about them, body is in excellent condition.

All orders ship within 2 business days.
We ship through USPS First Class Mail (4-5 days), however if you do require it faster, please let us know, as Priority Mail services are available for an additional fee. Changes to shipping information that would void seller protection will need to follow Swappa Address Change Policy.

Return & Refund Policies

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you have received a product that is not in the condition or functionality as described, please send us a message within 30 days, so that we can solve the issue. We offer either a refund or replacement, depending on our current inventory volume. We offer free return shipping on all purchases. Devices must be returned within 14 days of notification.
