The battery seems to hold little to no charge. Will likely have to wind up getting it swapped, and the fingerprint scanner is scratched to the point it does not reliably work.

Seller sold a defective phone as "good". The phone had little to no cell reception as well as a non-functioning fingerprint power button. They obviously don't follow the same checklist that Swappa insists we follow. They did however did not hassle me over receiving a full refund which I appreciate.

As excited as I was to recieve this device, the ad was misleading and overall experience was pretty poor.
The device had sustained water damage and both the s pen and home button didn't work.
I wasn't offered an option on a different or another device, instead I was simply given a refund.
Customer service was great at getting back to me whenever I had questions or concerns, so 5 stars to Grace.
As for my experience with Simply Mobility, a strong 1 star for their ability to get my hopes up for a perfect, in working order phone and giving me something that had gone swimming and was not in perfect working conditions no matter how good it looked.

I ordered an Unlocked iPhone SE on December 6th as a Christmas gift. I then received the incorrect device (an iPhone 6 Plus 64 GB locked to AT&T). The seller told me that she would send me the SE via priority shipping well before Christmas if I sent back the iPhone 6 Plus. I returned the iPhone. On the 19th I was informed that they did not even have the SE I ordered in stock and therefore they would not be able to mail me the correct phone. Why was I then told they would guarantee to ship the device to me before Christmas if they didn't even have it in their possession? Why did they wait until the last minute to inform me they wouldn't be able to ship the phone? Now my gift will not arrive in time.

I understand that incorrect orders happen, but why would you intentionally mislead someone?

I had a bad experience with Simple Mobility, and I will not buy from them again. I ordered the phone to be next-day delivered and paid for it, but the shipment came over a week later. I was reimbursed for that rush shipping. When the phone finally did arrive it didn't function, and I had to return it. I sent it back for a refund and was told I'd receive my cash back in two days , but it took five.

Phone seems to be in good condition however we are very unimpressed with the packing and handling of the phone. It was placed in a small thin box just the size of the phone with a light spongy foam material inside of the box and then placed in just your standard orange envelope with no bubble wrap or anything. I’ve never seen something of such value been sent in such a poor way. We almost wanted to send it back for fear of something being internally damaged while sent. Also, a phone for $280 should be sent via FEDEX. Not the USPS which notoriously loses packages and handles them poorly. This was a major disappointment from this seller and will not be purchasing something from them again.

didn't say in listing that phone was refurbished. at just about 30 days, android update rendered phone useless as it won't come back to light after it goes dark. to make it light again, i have to remove battery and restart multiple times. was told by samsung rep at ubreakifix that this happens because it is refurbished.
