Communication was excellent. Shipping was fast. Unfortunately I had to return the phone because the system UI would shut down any time I tried to make or receive a call. I wasn't sure if they would give push back on giving a refund, but they didn't. They responded immediately, issued a return authorization and shipping label. WIthin 24 hours of them receiving the phone, I was refunded my entire purchase. I'm disappointed that this phone didn't work for me, but pleased with the customer service from this seller and how they handled the issue.

Shipping Policies

All orders ship within 2 business days.
We ship through USPS First Class Mail (4-5 days), however if you do require it faster, please let us know, as Priority Mail services are available for an additional fee. Changes to shipping information that would void seller protection will need to follow Swappa Address Change Policy.

Return & Refund Policies

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you have received a product that is not in the condition or functionality as described, please send us a message within 30 days, so that we can solve the issue. We offer either a refund or replacement, depending on our current inventory volume. We offer free return shipping on all purchases. Devices must be returned within 14 days of notification.
