Although, I had to return the Item Grace at Simple Mobility was amazing to work with. The phone worked but was not able to be activated but Verizon and Apple blamed each other. Simple Mobility sent the phone quickly and were great at helping me brainstorm options and troubleshoot the problem. When I had to return it they made it extremely easy to do and I would absolutely buy from them again in the future.

All orders ship within 2 business days.
We ship through USPS First Class Mail (4-5 days), however if you do require it faster, please let us know, as Priority Mail services are available for an additional fee. Changes to shipping information that would void seller protection will need to follow Swappa Address Change Policy.

Return & Refund Policies

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you have received a product that is not in the condition or functionality as described, please send us a message within 30 days, so that we can solve the issue. We offer either a refund or replacement, depending on our current inventory volume. We offer free return shipping on all purchases. Devices must be returned within 14 days of notification.
