The phone has been received and activated. Thank you and it was great to do business w Simble Mobility. Communication w the seller was on par and when I had question about the shipping time frame, it was explained to me that the device was going thru final testing and was in question to be shipped that night. The device was as described. Sincere regards.

Shipping Policies

All orders ship within 2 business days.
We ship through USPS First Class Mail (4-5 days), however if you do require it faster, please let us know, as Priority Mail services are available for an additional fee. Changes to shipping information that would void seller protection will need to follow Swappa Address Change Policy.

Return & Refund Policies

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you have received a product that is not in the condition or functionality as described, please send us a message within 30 days, so that we can solve the issue. We offer either a refund or replacement, depending on our current inventory volume. We offer free return shipping on all purchases. Devices must be returned within 14 days of notification.
