Everything came in as described. The phone seems to be working the way it should be. Seller forgot to update shipping info so I wasn't sure when will the phone arrive, but got it on time. Fast shipping and would recommend and buy again from Maroon Mobile, LLC.

Took a couple of days for seller to respond after initial purchase, but despite that, the phone came in almost perfect condition (I was aware of this as I purchased a grade B phone.. actually thought it'd be more scuffed. Was pleasantly surprised). No problems at all! Highly recommend!! A+++ seller. Thank you! If need be, will definitely do business with you again!

Phone appears to be as advertised and is working well so far. Didn't love the USPS tracking as it didn't give details on where phone was during shipping. Just said it was "in transit to next facility" until it was delivered to my mailbox.

First one came in with faulty software on the device and therefore wouldn't work with a SIM card. Ordered a replacement that they said would be shipped priority as I was leaving town for work, yet the device did not come with priority and didn't arrive until I was out of town for two days...

Maroon Mobile was launched in April of 2016 as a small business dealing with both retail and wholesale sales of smartphones and other electronics. Our objective is to make sure each and every customer receives a quality device they are fully satisfied with. We strive to improve our logistics and processes to make that happen each and every day.

Shipping Policies

We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.

Return & Refund Policies

A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
