The process was easy. Shipping was fast and the phone only hs little scuffs on the edges. No big deal. The phone works great. I love it!

Slow shipping took a week to arrive. Device is clearly a refurb job with an audible rattle when pressing the touchscreen or slightly shaking the phone and many false touch contacts (meaning the phone thinks you pushed 2 inches away from your finger.) Cheap replacement screen. At least it's not blacklisted, I guess.

Got my phone, condition was listed as a B. Mine had very few scratches on the trim and none on the glass. Better condition than I had even planned on it being. Thanks! Only thing I would suggest to do any better is to put the tracking numbers on swappa not just our email (some of us don't use the same email for paypal as our regular mail) so we know when It's shipping out. Otherwise everything else was great, thanks!! I'll keep you guys in mind for my next phone!!

Shipping Policies

We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.

Return & Refund Policies

A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
