Efficient and fast
They forgot to provide a tracking number after payment was made, so I contacted them and they responded the following day reassuring me that the phone was already shipped. That was helpful

I needed the phone within the week. They were extremely helpful and accommodating, helping me get the phone as soon as possible without having to incur rather pricy shipping charges for a sooner arrival. I've bought phones from them twice in the past, and didn't bat an eye at doing it a third time.

Everything came in as described. The phone seems to be working the way it should be. Seller forgot to update shipping info so I wasn't sure when will the phone arrive, but got it on time. Fast shipping and would recommend and buy again from Maroon Mobile, LLC.

Took a couple of days for seller to respond after initial purchase, but despite that, the phone came in almost perfect condition (I was aware of this as I purchased a grade B phone.. actually thought it'd be more scuffed. Was pleasantly surprised). No problems at all! Highly recommend!! A+++ seller. Thank you! If need be, will definitely do business with you again!

Shipping Policies

We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.

Return & Refund Policies

A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
