The phone is exactly as described, and works great! I'm very happy with it. Unfortunately, the charger and cord were counterfeit, so I had to replace them due to safety concerns.

NEVER BUY STUFF FROM MAROON MOBILE! I had several problems with them. Let me start:
First thing, they didn't shipped the item, until I send them several emails and they never answered. After that I contacted Swappa Support and they emailed the company, so then they decided to email me back.
Second thing, when they finally decided to ship the phone, I finally got it. When I opened it, IT WAS NOT THE PHONE THEY UPLOADED ON THE POST. The phone was a Note 8, in the pictures it was with all the accesories. When I opened it it didn't came with the S Pen (that was the reason why I bought the Note8) the fron speaker has a hole.
THIS WAS A REFURBISHED PHONE, NOT A USED ONE AS DESCRIBED.

I started going through their posts and they always post a phone in good conditions, but is they use the same pictures and write the same thing.

Even thought they tried helping they are not trustworthy. I ended up spending more money than what I originally had to pay. I had to pay for the shipping an lost 3

Shipping Policies


We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.

Return & Refund Policies


A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
