Phone came in great condition
Very slow delivery. Finally got here though. As described more or less.
I am providing neutral feedback for 3 reasons.
1. Shipping took too long. Device was ordered on 12NOV2018 and wasnt shipped until 15th
2. Samsung KNOX was tripped and that was not indicated in the sale page. Only B Grade and references to wear and tear
3. Firmware indicates that this phone is Carrier unlocked and not factory unlocked as there is a financing warning on the IMEI
Otherwise the phone works and functions. I just wish that seller was a little more forthcoming with that information. I probably still would have purchased.
The phone is in great shape, with no visible markings aside from the bottom ports which is to be expected. It works on all GSM networks as advertised.
MaroonMobile did not respond to any of the emails I sent with questions however, so if anything had been wrong with the phone, I'm unsure whether they would be very responsive.
The transaction ended up not working out but the seller was quick to respond to me and issue a refund.

Shipping Policies
We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.
Return & Refund Policies
A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
