Very slow shipping and lack of communication. Seller will not respond to emails and only shipped after I filed a dispute with paypal. Ordered on the 9th and didn't ship until the 19th.

The phone was shipped the next day and I received the phone the next week due to a holiday. I received the phone as described (way better than I expected) with the the charger and USB. However, the seller didn't post any shipping information until 4 days after the product was bought, but this small issue didn't hinder the delivery date.

Maroon Mobile was launched in April of 2016 as a small business dealing with both retail and wholesale sales of smartphones and other electronics. Our objective is to make sure each and every customer receives a quality device they are fully satisfied with. We strive to improve our logistics and processes to make that happen each and every day.
Shipping Policies
We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.
Return & Refund Policies
A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
