I got the shipping information within the 2 days but it took about a week before the item was actually shipped. I had to message the seller about it. They responded quickly which was appreciated. I ended up having to wait approximately 13 days from time of sale to receiving the product. Overall, not a huge deal but I was expecting a bit faster as typically associated with shipping items out in 2 days. The charger box did not work but I have extra Samsung boxes so that wasn't a big deal because the cord worked just fine. The phone was b grade and it only had one tiny, tiny scratch on the screen that I can only see if the phone is held at an angle. I'm not happy but not upset with the shipping but the phone quality was more than worth the wait. Overall I'm happy with my purchase!

At time of purchase seller had multiple units for sale. Now for some reason, after 5 business days of waiting, my card is refunded with no communication from seller to that effect, and no more units for sale. Very disappointing experience.

Shipping Policies
We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.
Return & Refund Policies
A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
