It took a full week to receive my phone. It has never taken that long with Swappa.
When I received the phone, it was NOT in mint condition as described. It took a while to get a response, however, the seller apologized and offered a refund. The process took more then 3 weeks, but I did get my refund after returning the phone.
After a minor issue, seller was able to assist with a resolution. Pleased with product and sale.
