the phone is not working and no response from seller

Seller is irresponsible and unprofessional. They did not ship the item on time. It's been whole week and no update until I reporter to swappa admin. The seller made excuse saying due to person reason the shipping was delayed. Which could be true but since they are running a business having over thousand of sales, it is kind of hard to believe unless it is an one man business. They finally refunded they whole amount but keeping customers money ($550+ in my case) for whole week and not shipping should be considered as scam. That's what Chinese scammers used to do in Amazon. Seller should refund me the whole amount plus interest of atleast 4% to 5%.LOL

Item was definitely not in mint condition it should of been listed as good not sure how swappa letting seller getting away with this and also item looks like it was refurbished, there was fingerprints and glue and scratches on the outside screen and all around the inner bezel I’m guessing from repair , also there was pieces of hair stuck on the frame .. buyer should probably looks elsewhere if you really looking for mint condition item .. I look at all the feedback buyer left for them and half of them complaining about the same issue , seller not grading item how they should , I’m only keeping it because the price I pay was good… I guess I get what I pay for .

Sold me a stolen iPhone, and has had no communication for over a week now on what to do about it.

Swappa, this seller who has such great reviews has lied to me twice now. First, I was told that my phone had shipped. (The U S. Post office told me today that it has not been in their possession yet). Given that they are a branch of the federal government, I would say they are the more credible source. The seller also told me my money would be refunded yesterday. So the ball is now in your court Swappa. Who's side are you taking on this? The consumer or the seller? You yourselves told KM TRADING Corp to respond to me ASAP, but they are ignoring me. I would never recommend this seller. He has my money. I have nothing but empty promises. All Swappa wants to do is take the sellers side here. I have rights too . Without the consumers you would not even have a Swappa. I recommend that people start uying there phones elsewhere! !!!

Took seller 4 days before the phone even left to ship AND no communication. I had to get staff involved and threaten to call PayPal to get an answer from him. I finally received the phone SEVEN days later. Completely ridiculous. He didn’t even provide a charger. Do NOT buy from this seller!!! You will be waiting weeks for your phone!!!

The iPhone we recieved still had a balance on the device form the previous owner, this was a very bad experience, I thought all phones would be paid off and clear coming from Swappa.
