Buyer beware: seller sold me a phone that was not in the condition described and the phone was unusable. They are cheaper than everyone else for a reason…The phone was labeled “mint” condition, although it had a dent and scratch/chip on the top of the phone. They claim to do an “40 pt inspection”. Then after taking the phone to our carrier, we learned that the phone was sim locked because the previous owner had not paid off the phone. We had to send the phone back for a refund and their response was “sorry it didn’t work for you.” This seller does not communicate well and took 4 days to issue a refund after receiving the phone. Wish I had seen all of their other negative reviews before purchasing despite them having 5 stars somehow. I’d give them 0 stars if I could.

Not sure what mint condition means but there is scuffing on bottom corner of device. Other than that the rest of the phone is good.
