Received a phone that was on loan and blocked for fraud. Took weeks to get a refund. My messages were routinely ignored and they lied about when my return label was sent and when to expect a refund. Horrible customer service.
Would to return device and refund. Phone speaker ports are dirty underneath, screen has scratches, 2 small body chips seen near back camera and right side, battery was completely upon arrival.
We received the package and is working properly.

Received fast and working as expected. The phone itself was a bit dirty (especially the speaker grills) and there was a minor scratch on the back camera bump, but nothing major.
