Thank you for the prompt shipping. I do wish you had marked the item pictured as the item you will receive instead of item pictured may not be item received. According to the sight mint condition does not have dings on it. This phone does have dings on it. The dings were shown in the picture but the picture was noted as may not be the exact item received due to you being a bulk seller.

Phone arrived in great condition and powered on normally after charging. Arrived super fast!

Buyer beware: seller sold me a phone that was not in the condition described and the phone was unusable. They are cheaper than everyone else for a reason…The phone was labeled “mint” condition, although it had a dent and scratch/chip on the top of the phone. They claim to do an “40 pt inspection”. Then after taking the phone to our carrier, we learned that the phone was sim locked because the previous owner had not paid off the phone. We had to send the phone back for a refund and their response was “sorry it didn’t work for you.” This seller does not communicate well and took 4 days to issue a refund after receiving the phone. Wish I had seen all of their other negative reviews before purchasing despite them having 5 stars somehow. I’d give them 0 stars if I could.
