When I received the phone, it was not reset to factory default. This caused issues when porting over contacts and data. Recommend full reset before shipping.

Looks as described but for it to have 98% battery health it sure does get low quick even though I don’t use it a lot.

Overall the Fold 5 is in mint condition there was a small ding on the back of the hinge and one corner of the inside screen was slightly crinkled but I’m happy with the purchase for the price. Shipping was also a little slow and didn’t get dropped off for 3 days after purchase.

This phone still has a balance owed on it, according to T-Mobile. Phone was listed as "Mint", but the screen contains 3 very light scratches / dings and for that reason should have been listed as "Good"

Phone received in great physical condition however, the carrier stated the phone was unable to be activated. Seller did provide me with a full refund. However, their communication was lacking. The seller was very slow to respond.

The iPhone 14 was listed as "mint." There are two scratches on the screen. This is my 9th purchase using Swappa and none of my previous mint condition phones ever contained scratches on the screen. This device should have been rated as "good."
