This is my fourth phone replacement via Swappa.com. My first two replacements there were no issues with the phone other than my own negligence and an upgrade requirement but my last phone made it just over a year right after my one year warranty replacement had expired.
I went with the same model as my last two phone because of my preference with the stylus. So far so good, it booted up just fine. Takes good quality pictures. The phone arrived in mint condition with a charger as advertised.
We purchased this phone for my daughter. It looks brand new and seems to run perfectly. It arrived very quick. We are very happy with the purchase.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
