This was a great sales experience once again. I hate to admit that I originally went with a different seller initially because they had the phone that I wanted. However, that phone ended up being locked (unbeknownst to the seller). I ended up having to wait about another month to get my money back after I returned the phone. It was a horrible experience. So, I decided to go once again with who I knew provided great service with great products, GM DEALS. I ended up going with a different phone than I originally planned, but was very happy once I got this phone and played around with it. I had previously bought 3 or 4 phones from them before and was happy each time with their products and service. Glad I went with them again. I won't be dealing with anyone else from now on. 5 STAR RATING.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
