Not my best purchase through Swappa. The area around the USB port was scratched up pretty badly. I'm not sure how it qualified as "good" with that, but since the price was as low as many of the "fair" models its not worth arguing over. The battery was above the required 80% but the lowest I've received in all the times I've shopped here, and even from this seller.
7/15: Bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G (SM-N986U1) from GM DEALS.
7/28: IMEI#352712281343735. Discovered the phone had a glitchy screen. Definitely not in "Mint" condition.
8/4: Phone was returned to GM DEALS. Replacement was not issued until 8/11.
8/12: IMEI#352704410018866. Discovered GM DEALS sent a SM-N986U instead of a SM-N986U1.
8/17: Phone was returned to GM DEALS. Replacement was not issued until 8/23.
8/25: IMEI#356903440207913. Discovered GM DEALS sent over another SM-N986U instead of a SM-N986U1.
8/27: Phone was returned to GM DEALS. Refund was not issued until 9/2.
Don't buy from this seller. They have issues keeping track of their inventory. They don't do quality checks before sending out products. Customer service drags out conversations for days to delay actionable requests. They are dishonest and will find every way to shortchange you. Listing one phone model and substituting it with another is a scummy tactic too.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
