Please Read: Phone is great from this company. Getting it to me was not very especially good. Why listen to me? Because i have purchased several times from this seller. Why does GMSALES and perhaps Swappa make it difficult for expidited shipping? I have no known way to arrange this WITH THE SELLER at time of purchase even though the seller states expidited shipping is available or it is cryptic to us buyers. Please please fix this problem or the seller needs to remove it as an option from the sale description, otherwise great phone and repeat customer.

This excludes holidays or weekends because carriers do not pick up parcels on weekends or holidays.
Delivery time is 3-5 business days.
Expedited service to 3-Day ($14.99) or 2-Day ($19.99) is available upon request.
Overnight Orders Placed past 12 PM will be shipped next business days.
*** Warehouse operation is Monday to Friday, we do not ship orders on weekends.
*** Express orders will be delivered on Tuesday (Or Wednesday if Monday is a holiday)
Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 10% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
