Purchased two mint condition phones from the seller In February, no concerns orobvious defects. This week I had to take it to the repair shop to get looked at. They opened it up and the technician stated that he had never seen someone non-factory adhesive the way that they did holding chips to battery and other things it within the phone. He's unsure if he can even get the adhesive off to make any repairs. It is misrepresentation if somebody lists something as mint condition and it has internal, invisible, issues that are not able to be determined until it becomes a problem with the phone. Spending over $700 for a phone that can't be repaired is absolutely unacceptable.

The sale process was OK, however, I'm extremely dissatisfied with the battery life of the phone. In fact for birding all day, using Merlin and eBird together, I doubt this S24 Plus will be capable. Unlike my old S10, which ironically could go all day with plenty of juice (40-50%) left over. I have now tried all the various fixes published on the web, but still find battery life (and even charging speed) inferior to the now ancient S10. Feel ripped off.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 10% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
