5 day delivery, very impressive, watch works amazingly but the bands metal part snapped off so i had to buy another, not sure if its the 2nd gen. All it says is “apple watch SE, battery health is an 84 which is very good for a fair apple watch, other than that i dont see any problem’s
Overall, paid to much. Being new to swappa didn't help my experience. I'd have gone through a seller and not a business. Was given a very insulting amount back as a refund and took it. Before that they did offer a return label. But I didn't feel the phone warranted a return.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 10% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
