Not that anyone will see this because it's obvious swappa is covering for GM Deals. Long story short GM Deals lied about when they dropped phone off to FedEx when I had requested faster shipping, they just didn't want to reprint the sticker. They then send me a phone with wrinkling down the entire left side of the inner screen. Keep in mind it was sent to me folded in an iPhone box in a paper FedEx envelope. They try to say "it's shipping damage", I'm like "yeah right there's no way". They send me a ground advantage usps return label... and only insure it for $100, that should show you how little they care. I asked for 2 day return label, nothing. I just finally got my full refund and went to review this sale to find it had been taken off my sales page by Swappa, hidden under somewhere i had to dig to find. Then i see it marked "failed" instead of refunded... Then I look to see this seller has most of the listing on this platform now... Something isn't quite right here...

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
