This phone came fast, easy, and packaged safely. Needed a good quality phone for cheap and got one. Easy sync with my older phone and definitely the quickest process.
Phone got here fast and was exactly as described- Mint and in the original box. 2nd time buying from them and just as satisfied.

Touch sensitivity lower than (identical) original phone. Later (after brief water exposure), has scrolled & updated screen in the absence of touch.

One suggestion for the seller, I'd say if you could take a bit better picture of the scuffs or so it would be helpful.. saw one by the S Pen that I couldn't see in the pictures.. but it's no biggie at all, phone is in very good condition. Thank you!

The watch was in more of a 5/10 condition. The watch works, but the screen has a bad double-tapping issue and bad tap recognition. The scuffing off the paint wasn’t really a problem. Other than that, i’m returning the watch due to functionality issues.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
