I marked this sale as complete only because Swappa requires it to leave feedback, but I did not receive the correct item.
I received a completely different item than the one I purchased, a used PS5 controller instead of the Galaxy S22 Ultra. The seller admitted that they don’t even sell this type of product, yet they refused to issue a refund and took advantage of gaps in PayPal’s dispute system to keep the money.
I provided full photo and video evidence, but the seller showed no real proof of shipment. This has been a very frustrating experience after years of smooth transactions on Swappa.
Shipping was very fast and the device seemed like it was fine until the back plate fell off, upon further inspection the back plate was re-glued with what looks to be a glue gun, not a proper repair before selling. I work in manufacturing so im guessing the heat in the environment im in showed the terrible repair job.
The sale was smooth and easy. Arrived quick and condition described.

Not sure why second exchange was sent in different name then the original purchase had to pay shipping company extra due to name on package

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 10% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
