I received the phone but side have a lot dents. And scraches

I had a good first experience with Swappa and was happy with the seller. Shipped fast and the device was as described. The phone was actually in a bit better condition than what I was expecting.

Ultimately, I received the phone, however, tracking number did not work that is on Swappa sale page and the phone received was more worn out than originally perceived. I am returning the phone and other contents that came in my package and wish to receive a refund back.
