I have received the phone. It has quite a few remarkable scratches at the front of the device around the button at the bottom of the device that is the main control. Your photo does not show any of these scratches and therefore you posted an incorrect image. I am disappointed and think you should have posted the exact picture of the device. This is likely only Fair condition.
