This phone is amazing! It has some relatively heavy scratching on the screen; however, the body is in immaculate condition!!! 10/10 would buy again.
Very positive experience. I purchased the phone for my Daughter, who struggled to get it to work. The seller was very responsive to our issues and talked her through the first issue. After that was resolved, the phone froze and we were wanting to send it back. The seller was very cooperative in allowing us to do so. The phone somehow unfroze, and she is using it now and is very satisfied with it.

I got my phone on time which was a plus but I don't know whats going on with the screen, I can't even get the phone set up because the touch is either completely unresponsive or it just does what it wants.
