Overall a decent sales experience. A little disappointed by the 1.5" deep scratch in the middle of the screen. I have learned my lesson not to purchase from a seller that will not provide real pictures of the product.

Received on time, but phone had a previous balance which made it impossible to unlock. Neutral rating because the seller said it was clean (it wasnt) but I was still able to get it activated through straight talk which is why it's not a negative rating.
