Phone is in immaculate condition with the exception of a very noticeable 1/4 inch piece missing from the outer frame. This was not in the product description. And while I suppose it's a cosmetic deffect, it's a fairly large one. That being said, the price was low enough that I'm not seeking a return.

Photos were not available of the phone, but it was described as in "great condition" and rated "good," and the seller had a good rating as well, so I felt fairly confident purchasing. Upon arrival, the phone did have some wear around the edges, a small ping on the back of the phone, and one scratch on the front of the screen. However, cosmetics wasn't a big deal to me, as long as the phone works well, and it does so far (only had a SIM card in it for two days now). Plus, the case covers up most of the signs of use by the previous owner. I feel like I got a good gently used phone for a good price. This was my first time using Swappa, and overall I'm satisfied. I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg for a phone, so my wallet is happy.
