While I am giving this sale a thumbs down, I do so with praise for the seller and Swappa. I purchased a Galaxy 5s Active that was supposed to be in good condition. The phone had a screen replacement and did not function in one section. The phone was also missing a port cover. This could have easily been missed in a quick evaluation of the phone. The Mobile Shop quickly provided an RMA number and quickly returned my purchase fee. They did not refund my shipping costs. This is the reason for the thumbs down rather than neutral or thumbs up.

Phone came in like expected. It was definitely in better condition than expected. My only complaint is USPS is really, really, really slow. It took three days to from Brooklyn to Jersey City.
