I am going to keep the phone. It's not a SM-G900A as advertised. It is a SM-G900V. It is in poor shape, but is funtional, and I am able to use it on GSM networks, so it will work for what I am going to use it for. Very sloppy, J&R. Very sloppy.

Decent delivery as far as speed, extremely happy tho , it said fair condition and I got it in great condition few minor scratches, but no biggie, overall very satisfied I WILL being doing business with J&R world again great seller , thank you.

Phone had a row of non responsive touchscreen. So I returned it right away. To this day I'm still trying to get my money back. Had to go through PayPal because they are dragging their feet. They respond to e-mails but do nothing on the other end. A refund shouldn't take this long no matter what. Last time I'm buying from them.

The phone is in good shape, only complaint i have is that it is hard to hear the person Im talking to on the phone. Yes the volume is all the way up.

Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for a better quality of phone and customer service. Slow shipping. Phones work for now,but screens are clearly replacement screens. One phone was the wrong color. Took so long to get the phones I don't even want to bother attempting to get into contact with this clown show of a business to try and swap it out. They didn't even post shipping info until the fourth day after I paid for the phones even after I sent a message of inquiry into the matter. I had to contact Swappa requesting a refund just to get a peep out of them. I should have paid a little more attention to all of their reviews. I'd have noted that around 13% of their customers don't post positive reviews. 87% satisfaction is a horrible rating. Phones came in bubble wrap. Replacement screens. Slow shipping. One phone was white when i ordered pink. One battery was completely dead. J&R Mobile World is a bad joke of a company.
