Phone is working but top speaker and left speaker are real low.

Right speaker and speakerphone work as intended.
edit: I feel I should add some more info since I realized this is displayed on the seller's public page.

The phone works, but the bottom left speaker is very low and the headset speaker (the one where you put up to your ear for calls) is VERY low, almost mute.
Since I didn't make many calls with this during the 14 day period I didn't realize and I am out of my money.

I feel like this kind of problem should have been noticed when they tested it. (Do they test these phones aside from factory resetting them??)

Seems like there was an error, phone sent was fair instead of good condition. Seller made good and offered partial refund. Great and prompt service.

The phone condition was marked as good but I would say it was fair at best there are quite a few dents/dings on the phone and the screen while working has clearly been replaced so there is some air pockets/blemishes in the corners...but the phone itself works.
