The phone I purchased had a faulty antennae, so I was out the return shipping through no fault of my own. On the plus side, they were very courteous in communication and they processed the return lightening fast.

J&R and Swappa did a great job. J&R said this was in "Mint" condition, and I highly recommend ordering from J&R as they are true to their word. It is in brand new condition, and works great.

Some damage on the bezel, so not exactly mint as indicated.
Did not include Samsung charger. Included Amazon Fire charger.

The phone works, screen is not broken or scratched. There are however ALOT of scratches on the back of the phone. I had to take it to two different stores to activate it on my phone company, because I think the associates were scared it was stolen because the back of the phone looks like it was put through the ringer.
