This seller sent me the wrong phone. When I informed the seller that the wrong phone had been sent, they said they would send the correct phone after I returned the wrong phone. Once I returned the phone, it took them several days (after several emails from me) to let me know the phone was received. At that point, they told me that they no longer had the phone I wanted and refunded me the money. I wasted a lot of time waiting around for them to send me the correct phone and they should have informed me earlier that the phone I wanted wasn't available.

Phone came in looking as described, working and all gooood!

The phone works great, little to no signs of ware, I am very happy with this purchase. I should add the screen had no scratches.

This is the second phone I had purchased from J&R and both have been in excellent shape and arrived on time.

I received my order in a timely manner. And was able to activate it because the information about the phone was accurate.

Phone works. Cosmetically it's pretty rough, but it works. I ended up not needing the phone and just needed a new screen. I sought out the options for returning it, but that would have incurred a 30% restocking fee. I opted to keep it and use it for parts instead.
