Edit: It took quite a bit of effort to get a response from customer service, but once they responded, the return and refund process was very easy and straight forward.

Original review: Delivery time was great, however the phone was listed in Good condition and showed up with a deep scratch in the screen and would not fully charge. Still waiting on a response from the seller and willing to change my rating if this can be resolved.
