But if seller communication is a priority for you, then you should try calling their phone number before ordering to see if their phone mailbox is full. Or emailing them and seeing if they respond.

Messaged when I ordered to see if they thought it could be delivered by a certain time. I didn't get an answer immediately so I ordered and hoped for the best. I received a generic "Item will ship tomorrow" one day later. The day after that, I was told (late in the afternoon) that there was a stocking error and they didn't actually have the phone to sell. Swappa requires they send within two days and they waited until the limit to tell me there was no phone and they never answered my question. Now I have to scramble to find a phone for my kid before he leaves on vacation.
