Phone looks absolutely new as described. The screen especially looked completely unmarked in any way. The buttons are easier than my older Note 3. All files transferred easily and I am hapy with the phone. I apologize for just getting back to you and the seller. I did have a couple issues with advances in software so I went to Verizon for help two times on different days, but my electronic non-understanding, not lateness from the seller. Sorry for all the messages when trying to buy. I did not realize that some sellers shut down for the weekend. Thanks for my 2nd Swappa great phone.
