The phone I received had a black bleed from the edge of the screen. They sent and return label and issued a full refund.

I wish the phone was packaged better. It came in a small box with just a little bit of packing paper crumbled up to protect the front screen, but nothing to protect the back. The charging cable and wall plug were just sitting on the screen. I don't believe there was even a fragile sticker on the box. Besides that, it was fast shipping, and the phone came in the condition promised. So far so good.
