I was notified a few days after the sale that the phone that I purchased was not in stock and that the order had been canceled for a full refund. Aggravating since the process wasted nearly a week that I thought I had my wife's birthday present taken care of.

Seller was very responsive and shipped the phone quickly. Phone is in good condition.
However charger and cable included were aftermarket cheaply made and cannot charge the phone. So I had to spend another $20 to buy a compatible charger and cable.

Fast service, much appreciated. Now I have to teach my father-in-law how to use modern technology. Ugh! :-)
