Overall good, I recommend this seller. Things that could have been better: 1) phone description was a little bit misleading. It said "Device has minor scuffs and scratches. See pictures." The pictures showed a phone with NO screen scratches, but the phone I received had 8+ small scratches on the screen. Elsewhere there was a note saying the pictures are not of the actual phone, however I think the pictures should at least be representative of what you get, especially when it comes to screen condition. But overall the stated 8/10 condition rating on the phone seemed accurate. 2) The phone should have been packed more securely. It came in a small box with no padding at all one side (phone inside a plastic bag but just laying against the cardboard of the box. Delivery people will readily throw packages over fences and a phone should have more protection. 3) Would have been nice to get a notification when the phone shipped.
